William born 1796, died 1879 Married Elizabeth Jordan in Allegheny County on 22 December, 1825. Margaret born 4 April, 1800, died 25 April, 1881 Married William McKimens in Westmoreland or Allegheny County in 1820. Mary (or May) born 1808, Died 1865 Married James Jordan in unknown location. Harriet (aka Minah) born 1810, died (unk) Never married. Anyone with access to birth, baptism, christening or other church records for your local county are requested, at your convenience, to see if a record exists for these individuals. There are Michael Zimmermans in numerous counties in Pennsylvania so the potential exists for them to have come from anywhere in the state. There is information, as yet not substantiated, that Margaret was born in Lancaster County, Pa. Your help in locating the birthplace for these children may lead to the place the Zimmerman family lived before going to Allegheny County, Pa. Just one brick at a time is helpful...................
