Wondering if anyone can relate to David Miller who was listed on 1779 and 1780 tax lists for Lancaster Burrough. Per 1783, deed he sold property on Orange Street and refers to him as late of Lancaster Burrough. I'm trying to determine if he could be my David Miller who shows up in Manellen Twp. of now Fayette Co. about 1781. Art Miller, Louisville
