Wed., Jan. 18, 1843 Lancaster Examiner & Herald, Deaths, p. 2: SCHLAUCH.-On the 1st inst., in Cocalico township, Lancaster county, Elizabeth SCHLAUCH, Widow of the late John SCHLAUCH, in the 84th year of her age. LAMBORN.-On the 7th inst., Elizabeth [LAMBORN], daughter of Jesse LAMBORN, of Lanc. co., in the 23d year of her age. BARR.-Departed this life, suddenly on Monday morning, the 9th inst., at the residence of his brother, in West Lampeter township, Lancaster county, Henry BARR, aged 36 years 11 months and 4 days. LONG.-On Saturday, the 4th inst., in East Hempfield twp. Abraham K. LONG, of the Pulmonary Consumption aged one day less than 31 years. The deceased was much, esteemed by all his friends and acquaintances, and left a widow and numerous relations to mourn his loss. [A poem follows which is not transcribed here.] GOOD.-A few days since, Mr. Michael GOOD, Sen. of Leacock twp., in the 64th year of his age. He was always a strictly honest man, and a sincere believer in Christianity from which no inducement could lead him. He was truly worthy of his name, as from good no evil should derive.
