SPISER, editor and proprietor of the "Carlisle Herald" aged 31 years. The deceased was and affectionate husband, and kind parent, and in all relations of life was upright and amiable. SNYDER.-Departed this life on the 5th inst. Mr. Daniel SNYDER, son of Capt. Jacob SNYDER, of this city, in the 19th year of his age.
