    3. Hello im still looking for info since 1970's pertaining to my blood kin George I ADOPTED ( PA. INDIAN ) Fox b-March 15, 1884 d-December 1964 (my great grandfather) married Mary Dewart b-glasgow scotland-irish March 14, 1887 d- July 1970 phila pennsylvania and his brother William ADOPTED ( PA. INDIAN ) FOX b-April 14, 1883 d-November 1967 phila pennsylvania possible all buried Greenmount cemetery 4301 North Front Street philadelphia pa was married but wife unknown they are descendant of Eastern Lenape Nation of Pennsylvania my personal blood line of fox were 100% indian,these 2 little indian boys were orphaned at a young age when their parents were killed ,they were adopted by a amish Fox couple and raised until they became of age,but because they were indian ,they could not marry in the amish community . THEY GOT THE NAME FOX FROM THE COUPLE THAT ADOPTED THEM also they were given the names william and george there were no other blood related siblings the parents died in an accident thats why they were orphaned ,we already know they lived and died in lancaster pa and bucks county pa just cant find out what their real names were or a record of the adoption etc im not interested in the adopted parents genealogy i already have scant have info for them. which led me to other fox lines and a very tangled web, and people asking me to post them for them in my database in which im not interested in anymore. thank you D.L.M.FOX http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=fox2&id=I000001
