Joe ~ Thanks so much. I get down to Bartville/Nine Points area at least twice a month so I'll definitely travel 372 the next time I go. I found Middle Octorara in the ADC Lancaster Co mapbook, and it looks like it is on the south side of 372. On the north side, a little to the west, it says Octorara Cemetery. I will definitely check that out the next time I'm down that way, as it "matches" what the SLCHS website says, "this cemetery is located west of the church-yard."
