Yes, I have considered that. Unfortunately, they charge $30 (non-refundable) to do the search for the proof papers whether they find anything or not. I will request the search as a last resort. In the DAR papers it is written that a certified copy of the Bible record was attached to the original application. This may not include the title page which I would like to have as well. There is never any guarantee that there will be a proof file at all, but if it was used for proof, a copy should be there.
