There was one living near my SCOTT family (and other relateds, like GRAY and probably some others that I can't think of at the moment). Do you have any ties to those families? I think it may have been Robert FERGUSON, but let me check quickly....Well, so far I see Samuels and Williams in Belmont County. Unfortunately, don't have time to check my notes further.
