I sent the 10:55 AM message inadvertently. I continue: The 1860 Lebanon Census shows David McKinney, 23, day laborer, Ann, 32, Mary,7, Emma, 4/12, in Lebanon Borough. The 1870 Census shows David McKinney, 35, works in furnace, Anna, 40, Emma, 10, William, 3, Annie E, 6/12, in Lebanon Borough. The 1880 Census shows David McKinny, 43, laborer, Annie, 48, Emma, 20, William, 13, Annie, 10, in Lebanon 2nd ward. So it appears that Emma was still single in 1880. You could check Lebanon churches (Catholic?) for Emma's marriage. This could well be your Emma. You're right; the Cramer name is a long shot.
