According to Churches and Cemeteries of Lancaster County, it is south of Brenneman Road, on a fence line between two farms. It is listed as the Musser/Stehman Graveyard, aka Jacob Musser Graveyard. If you do a search on Mapquest for Brenneman Road, Lancaster, PA, you can see where the road is at least. I do not see the cemetery in a present day ADC map of Lancaster County however. The book indicates that the cemetery was in poor condition in 1983, and that it was shown on maps of 1864 and 1875.
