    3. I have used the death certificates at the Carbondale Historical Society, but do not remember the specific years. The last 2 - 3 years the Historical Society has not been open. The secretary was very ill. Obviously she has not been replaced.     3. Thanks for your reply. I understood that there was a gentleman that was now running the Historical Society, believe that he took over a year or so ago. Also, was not aware that the society had death records. Perhaps I need to see what I can find out.
