The arrested person name: THOMAS CROSBY White Male DOB:? (Was 49 in 1928) Crime: Larceny from person Arrest Date: 7-17-28 Remarks- must have been a drug. User, the card is marked "Hypo needle mks on L arm". I believe this card to be an original (hand written) fingerprint card with the original arrest photo, which was in daily police use for years (this card is discolored but it should fit nicely in any police memorabilia collection.
