    3. Hi, I came across this lost relative in Williamsport. He was from Dunmore. Maybe someone knows more about him and his branch of my tree. MacMillan, 89, of 1612 Blair St., died Sunday, Sept. 26, 2004. Born Nov. 6, 1914, in Olyphant, he was the son of Robert F. and Blanche Capwell MacMillan. Mr. MacMillan retired from the I.R.S. in 1971, having served as an internal revenue agent in Philadelphia and Williamsport, and was a conferee in the Washington appellate office at the time of his retirement. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion, Garrett Cochran Post #1. He was a member and elder at Covenant-Central Presbyterian Church. Surviving are his wife, the former Betty Hughes, two sons, J. Lawrence of Scituate, Mass., and Robert C. of Weymouth, Mass., and two granddaughters. Mr. MacMillan requested to be cremated and his ashes placed in the family plot in the Dunmore Cemetery. A memorial service will be held on Monday, Oct. 4, at 2 p.m. at Covenant Central Presbyterian Church, 807 W. Fourth St., Williamsport, with his pastor, the Rev. Dr. Woody Allabough, officiating. Arrangements are being handled by Maneval Funeral Home, a "Life Celebration Home."
