I've "rescued" an old photograph of Annie GRIGGS which was taken at the P. Hummler Studio in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The photograph appears to have been taken in the early 1900's with Annie likely in her 20's or 30's at the time it was taken. Based on limited research I was able to find the following census information connecting to a possible match: 1910 census of Scranton, PA: Norman GRIGGS, age 52, 2nd marriage, born PA, parents born CT/NY, a Tinsmith Anna GRIGGS, wife, age 31, 1st marriage 8 years, 3 children/2 living, born PA, parents born Germany/PA Normand GRIGGS, son, age 6, born PA Mildred E. GRIGGS, dau, age 5, born PA 1920 census of Scranton, PA: Norman GRIGGS, age 63, born PA, parents born CT/PA, a Tinsmith Anna GRIGGS, wife, age 42, born PA, parents born Germany/PA Norman GRIGGS, son, age 15, born PA, a Dentist apprentice Mildred GRIGGS, dau, age 14, born PA Prescott GRIGGS, son, age 9, born PA I am hoping to locate someone from Annie's family so that this wonderful old photograph can be returned to the care of her family. If you are a member of this family, or you know someone who might be, please contact me. Thanks, Shelley
