I did have another thought about the death certificate aspect of this nightmare. I bought, some years ago, a SS Death Index from a company that specializes in genealogical research materials. In my possession, I have hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of SS numbers. I use the index to find dates of death so I can look for obituaries or send for death certificates. I'm sure that I am not the only person in the country who possesses such dangerous contraband. It never occurred to me to use this index for anything other than for research. I'm wondering if the miniminds in government are aware of these CD's. The type of information that they are trying to withhold from honest researchers is readily available from many sources. Ancestry.com has more updated indices than the one I use. Should I expect someone in the garb of Darth Vader to appear at my door soon to collect this hazardous device? Nothing surprises me anymore.
