Hi Bill, I am 54 years old and grew up in Lake Ariel and have returned. I just barely remember the amusement park. There is nothing left, matter of fact a house has been built in the area of the park. I also spent many a summer at the beach. That no longer exists either. It is fenced in. My father had told me stories about the beach house when it was in its prime. A large boat for rides and a large water slide. It is sad in a way since it is all gone. The price of the future seems sometimes to be very expensive.
