I've "rescued" an old letter which was written by Chas. NEEDLE of Olyphant, Pennsylvania in November 1891. The letter is written in hebrew so I have no idea what the content of the letter might be. The letter is written on stationary from M. NEEDLE, Dealer in Dry Goods, Boots and Shoes, Groceries and provisions, Sole Agent for Pillsbury's Best in Olyphant, PA. The letter is inside an envelope printed with the name and address of the "Palmer Photoplay Corporation, Palmer Building, Hollywood, CA", including a handwritten note "The Chas. Needle Hebrew Letter 1891". That envelope then appears to have been mailed from Brooklyn, NY in 1930 to Miss M. Gertrude TAYLOR of Bloomingdate, PA and someone has written "Save" on the outside of the envelope.
