I am trying to find any information on my husbands family. this is all the information that I have. John David Griffiths b. 16 July 1944 d. 10 January 1994 John Lewis Griffiths b. 1910 d. 9 April 1975 his wife is Doris L. Fritz b. 9 July 1916 d. 18 July 1989 John Josephus (Jasphus) Griffiths b. Abt 1873 d. 29 Apr 1956 his wife is Elizabeth E. /Griffiths/ (don't know her maiden name) b. Abt 1885 d. 16 Nov 1946 They had 2 children including John Lewis they had a Daughter Anne Griffiths b. 11 Oct 1907 d. Aug 1980 John Griffiths b. 1839 Wales d. ?? His wife is Laura Griffiths (don't know maiden name) b. July 1848 d. ?? they had 8 children including John Josephus (Jasphus), Hugh GRIFFITHS b. 1870, Richard GRIFFITHS b. 1873, Laura GRIFFITHS b. 1876, Evan GRIFFITHS b. Jul 1872, Kate A. GRIFFITHS b. 1872, William GRIFFITHS b. 1874 and Mary GRIFFITHS b. Jul 1882 I don't have any death dates for any of the children. I also know that John Griffths worked in the coal mines. All of the info that I puts them in Scranton Pa and buried at the Dunmore Cemetery. If anyone know how I could find out when John and Laura Immigrated to the US would be helpful. If anyone has any more info on this family I would love to talk with you. I don't see the rest of the children in your posting. This seems to be the correct family. And Laura was widowed between 1890-1900. I hope this is helpful. There is a Hugh GRIFFITHS living in Binghamton in 1920 married to Rhoda children are Verna and Ruth. Census says he was born 1870 in Wales but arrived in 1877.
