The Scranton Public Library has books listing the registered voters for some of the years of the early 20th century. I forget exactly what years. I THINK 1913-1917, 1920-1923. I think that's the year count. There may be more or less. There's some good info in them. It lists by address, not person, so you can get a better idea of who lived on what street along with whom.
