Ruth Ann You may have seen the list of Avondale Victims on the site. http://www.rootsweb.com/~paluzern/township/cemetery/avondale-washburn.htm I do not see David James listed as being buried at Washburn. I have a book with the complete fatality list. I do not see a David James, but there is a David Jones. Could this be a misspelling? I have a Peter H. James in my family (Born in Wales, lived and died in Scranton) any connection? If you would like to see the page, I will scan and send it to you. Or I can give you the book info.
