I obtained the certificate number and Naturalization date for my gg grandfather in Scranton. I then sent to Philadelphia INS for the record. They say that although it exists they cannot find it. I just found that the Naturalization date was listed on the Ellis Island original manifest and it matched the date they gave me in Scranton. Would anyone know if this record is anywhere in Scranton?
