Hi Shawn, Well, I made the trip to SCRANTON & WASHBURN ST.CEMETERY. Good news, I think & bad news. First the good news,I found were they are buried. But, not all have stones. unless they have sunken over the years or been broken & taken away. It looks like some one has been mowing the whole cemetery. Well,I think I found your JOHN Harries, thats how it is spelled on a tomb stone if it is his. He is right at the edge of the road leading to the other graves. Mine,EVAN REES ,did not have a stone, unless like I said they were taken away. There are a few that don't have any. But a least I know where he is buried. For years I looked & could never even find the lot. A GREAT BIG THANKS GOSE OUT TO KATHLEEN COOPER,I AM EVER GRATFUL TO YOU . There were some stones tipped over but to heavy to lift. The ones that I found are John Harries(I hope he's yours Shawn) WILLIAM POWELL WM.HARDING & WM.L.WILLIAMS(THEY ARE IN ONE GRAVE) WM.N.WILLIAMS MORGAN WATKINS THOMAS HATTON & his son william or willie,10 yrs.old (has a hughe stone on it &they are in the same grave) THOMAS L. JONES WILLIAM LEWIS LEWIS DAVIES REES LUMLEY JOSEPH MORRIS ROWLAND JONES WELL,those are the ones I could barley make out.. The writing has been worn away with the years. So I hope I have helped some if not all. We are going again & poke holes to see if some stones are buried. Well, thats it .I will say good night & dream of what might have been for these men & boys which saddens me. Love,Mary
