John, the History of Scranton, Pennsylvania, by David Craft was first published for H.W. Crew by the United Brethren Pub. House, 1891. This book is a Heritage classic and published by Heritage Books, in 1996. go to their site: http://www.heritagebooks.com/ They have an on-line library program also.
