Hello, A friend of mine sent me a coal miner's listing of the registration card for Miner for the West End Coal Co. It show a John Bugno, however I can't read most of the form. Does anyone have a web site that I might visit for this coal company and what a standard form would be. Then I would like to try to get a copy of this specific form that was filled out.
