I need to track down the First Papers for James H Connor (if only in hopes that he listed his parents name on them!). He lived in Scranton (524 N. Bromley Ave). Does the Scranton/Lackawanna courthouse house a fair collection of these, or should I check out Luzerne county's records? Lackawanna/Scranton doesn't seem to have any of these records filmed in the LDS Catalog. Jason
