    3. Hi Richard, Can you give me a walk threw of the PA State Library. I tryed to figure out how to go about the loan of the newspapers, But I don't think they loan out of state.     3. The procedures will vary depending upon your local library. The key is that you can tell them the source is the PA State Library in Harrisburg, PA. To check what is available, you can do a guided search for "newspapers" and the "city" or "county" on their web page.
