HI: I would like some information reguarding the Obit. of one Sylvester Webb,born Oct. 29,1912 and died on Jan. 7th,1996. I assume that the article would be in the Scranton paper and or a paper in Moosic. Any help would be appreciated. Lyell R. Webb
