    3. Patty, I know we wrote before but this seems too much of a coincidence. I have a William J Burke (b. about 1850) in my line who was married to either Cecilia or Ella (could be a nickname). He was the first burgess of Winton when it was incorporated in 1877. In later years he was a Lackawanna County Commissioner. The name of his children were: Agnes, Francis, Minnie, Edmund, William and Alexander. Do you think there is a connection? My sources said that he lived on Madison Ave in Scranton. His parent's names were Peter and Bridget Burke.
