    3. Shawn, You mention "Gla?" in your response. This is, more than likely, Glamorgan, Wales. Glamorgan includes Penarth (and Cardiff). My great grandparents, Evan and Mary Thomas, came from there sometime prior to 1890. It's been a while since I did the Welsh research - if you're interested, contact me privately.
