A more correct answer is that Stone Ave. was changed to SOUTH Webster Ave., which is in South Side ( Wards 12, 19 and 20). There is a North Webster which is in the Hill Section (Wards 17 and 10) and going into Dunmore beyond the 1000 block. Tom Price
