    3. Joe This is a very complex question. Irish immigration to England was widespread parricularly during the Irish famine - including Scotland and Wales. Part of the reason in the late 19C for example was that Irish workers were instrumental in building the railroads in the uk and hence spread with them. There are large pockets of irish descendents in Liverpool, Machester and Birmingham but more detail is need from you to really answer your query.
