Their address is Better Business Bureau of Northeastern and Central PA 129 N. Washington Ave. Scranton, PA 18503 The phone number is (570) 342-9129 It really is pitiful when you pay for something and it isn't delivered. Another suggestion for those of you that live in the local viewing area: Channel 16, WNEP, the ABC affiliate will handle complaints like this and air them on the news. Tom Price
