    3. Hi Glen It was almost worn away and very unreadable. I took a photo that came out well. Would you like to look at it? I believe it may say --- Avondale (Avondale is spelled strangely, perhaps in Welsh) looked like Avondaiuch. Then I think I can make out MEDI 6, --- He died September 6, 1869. The Welsh inscription that follows is more lenghthy and unreadable to me. If you will send an address I will post the photos to you. I would be very grateful for the help. Any suggestions on the "star"?? Does it mean anything to an organization, or just a decoration? Nice to hear from you how is school?
