I am looking for a Lena Knie who is mentioned in the will of her father George Rosar who died in 1903. I have checked the census records and cannot find any Lena Knie. I do find a Carolina Rosar living with her father George in the 1860 census age 6 and in the1870 census (looks like 16 but not sure). She is not in the 1880 census with her father so I assume she got married between 1870 and 1880. I cannot find her in the 1900 census listed under Knie so I am assuming she died before 1900. The will mentions the children of his daughter Lena Knie and the children of his daughter Catherine Neu (Nye). But in fact Catherine Nye didn't die until 1941 according to her tombstone. Anyone researching a Knie family (spelling could be wrong in the Will of her father)
