Rosar, 641 River Street, died this morning in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Frank Stanko, Cleveland Ohio. Mr. Rosar went to Cleveland about ten days ago to visit his daughter and was stricken ill after his arrival there. A son of the late George and Elisabeth Hartman Rosar, he was a lifelong resident of this city. He was a retired employee of the Lackawanna Railroad Shops and a member of the Church of the Nativity. The Scranton Times, Monday October 9, 1961 Death Takes Norah Rosar at Age 0f 98 Mrs. Norah Toomey Rosar, 22 South Webster Ave. died Saturday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Peter Miller whom she resided. Mrs. Rosar observed her 98th birthday last February.
