I've "rescued" an old photograph identified as Lawrance BURDICK which was taken at the Yarrington Studio in Carbondale, Pennsylvania. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1870's or 1880's with Lawrance appearing to be about 5 years old at the time it was taken. Based on limited research and thanks to the assistance of a BURDICK Family researcher I believe that this is a photograph of Lawrence Herbert BURDICK b. 27 Jul 1878 in Greenfield, PA to parents Dorance BURDICK (son of Billings BURDICK and Abigail WHIPPLE) and Zella Jane MATTHEWS (dau of Ebin T. MATTHEWS and Phoebe Jane DAVIS) and d. 11 Dec 1898. Census records provide the following information regarding the family: 1880 census of Greenfield, PA: Dorrance B.
