I was wondering about the Wilkes Barre Indian Reservation. Where was this located? I can not find any record of an Indian reservation in PA. Also, Cherokee were not really from this area. The Cherokee were from the Carolina area. The Cherokee were forced on to reservation in Oklahoma ( The Trail of Tears). The tribes in PA were the Delawares (Lenni Lenape), Iroquois Confederacy, and Shawnees. This is from the book "Indians of Pennsylvania" by Paul A.W. Wallace.
