Hi Susan, Joe had a cousin, I believe her name was Alice Richards, or her married name may have been Heller. She died very soon after giving birth to a son. This was probably in 1950, plus or minus. I believe she is buried in the Milwaukee cemetery. If you find her, please let me know. I have been having a good bit of luck on my husband's Welch side. A very fine gentlemen from Wales has located his great-grandparents, and we are working from there. His gggrandfather was Timothy McCloskey, and he was widowed and living with his son-in-law, Judson (Caraline) Cahoon in Newton, on the 1880 census. He was about 73-75.
