Hello, A couple of years back I wrote and asked if anyone had heard of the Gritman Cemetery in Lackawanna County. Someone was kind enough to send me a listing for the Gritman Cemetery located on Bushkos Hill in Scott Township. I really appreciated it because the listing had all of the people that I wanted. But because I like to have photographs of the tombstones, last week my husband and I, using a USGS map, drove all over that area looking for the cemetery. No luck! I know from experience that many of these old cemeteries are overgrown and difficult to find now but if anyone has ever heard of this one and has any ideas where it might be located, I would like to hear about it We will be going back to the Scranton area in a few weeks and will search again.
