The CAREY people listing has me curious if anyone knows of Permelia Carey, daughter of John Carey and second wife of ANTHONY LANCE. Permelia was born August 1874 in Dalton, PA. She married Anthony in Waverly on Sept 02, 1899. Anthony had children by his marriage to Emma E. Decker, but had three girls with Permelia: Charlotte b 1902 in Dalton. She married Harry Hanyon Bernice b 1903 who married a Mr. Kelly and Hazel born 1906 in Falls Twp. who married a Mr. Flynn. Anthony died in 1931 and is buried in Nicholson Cemetery. Permelia contracted cancer and died in 1933. Her obit states that her granddaughter JUNE QUINN was at her home in Nicholson but so far I have not been able to track down who June was. Would anyone know of Permelia, her dauthers or of my LANCE family?
