I was wondering how to get a look at a will that is listed on the website lackwanna genealogy. Dawn

Dawn, I believe that the wills are at the Register of Wills in the Courthouse Building in Scranton on the second floor. The wills are in volumes that the public is able to look at. Dawn, I just did that, last month! You need to write down all information from the site, and take it to the Lackawanna CourtHouse. They will pull the original will and you can copy each page if you wish, for .25 each. The folks there are very, very nice, and helpful. I suggest you call first, with your estate number, so that they can tell you over the phone, before you make the trip, if they have that particular item available.
