    3. This is a frustrating and annoying problem, to say the least. However, cactuspatch is not entirely responsible. The bad trans virus is an automated thing and the "infectee" may not be aware of the problem. Susan has acted swiftly and responsibly. I was infected with this virus (actually it's not a true virus) a couple months ago ( I'm innoculated and virus free now.. whew!! :-) ). I'm usually very careful and this taught me that you can never be too careful. It was my first encounter with a "virus" in 20 years of computing. Both norton and McAfee have excellent information, remedies and suggestions at their websites to alleviate the problem. some of you may like to visit their sites and get the scoop. Obviously it did, because I am no longer getting infected emails from cactuspatch, but I am not sure I understand how it works. I never, never open unsolicited attachments, and I always keep my virus checker up to date. Thanks for attending to the problem so quickly, Gayle

I am sorry to report that I could find nothing. Then it occurred to me that Avoca, where he lived, is in Luzerne County, not Lackawanna. So I came down to our library here in Wilkes-Barre and searched the Times-Leader from May 18, 1928 to May 25, 1928. Unfortunately, no luck! We had another newspaper in town in those days, called the Wilkes-Barre Morning Record. When I get a chance, I will go back to the library to see if the Record has anything at all about his death. It may be a couple of weeks, though, as I am off for Baltimore on Sunday to visit my daughter and her family. I will get back to you, I promise. I hope that you had a wonderful time in Ireland! At home, I have some information from the State of Pennsylvania about searching the death records for an extended period of time; I think that the time period is up to five years. It costs more, of course, but you may be able to come up with the actual date of death that way. When I get home, I will search out the information and E-mail it to you. I should be home on Thursday of this week and I am going away again on Sunday, but in those few days, I will get the information to you. Also, I will find out about sending for birth certificates in the State of Pa. If you can get those, the names of the child's parents should be included and that would tell you if it is the right Evan or the right Sarah Jones. I know there are forms that you have to fill out and the certificate costs $4.00; I think there is a way to download the form from the internet...I will find out how. I will be in touch at the end of this week. I hope you are well. Iva Hanlon ------_Part_3b2f97f0-014b-6ac6-010203040506--

    1. Re: [PA-LAC] Wayndotte St., Taylorsville
    2. Richard M. Reese
    3. My street atlas shows that there is currently no Wyandotte street in Taylor. There is a Taylorville in Schuylkill Co., near (s.w. of) Ashland, and two Tayllorsville, PA's - the first on the Delaware River in Bucks Co. near Washington's Crossing, and the second just n.e. of Indiana, PA. None of these have a Wyandotte street either. As for Wyandotte Ave. / St. There is currently one in Berwick, North Catasaqua (Allentown) and Bethlehem, PA. However somehow the street name rings a bell, if I figure out where it may have been, I'll let you know. -----Original Message----- From: Terri Pointon <tmp125@yahoo.com> To: PALACKAW-L@rootsweb.com <PALACKAW-L@rootsweb.com> Date: Tuesday, June 19, 2001 12:14 AM Subject: [PA-LAC] Wayndotte St., Taylorsville >Is anyone familiar with this street in Taylorville/Taylor?
