They had a bunch of children most of them were boys, but they had two girls: Katie and Maryanne. However; their married names were Roane and Moran. Mike Cavanaugh Buffalo NY

    1. [PA-LAC] 1920 census
    2. I have been trying to get information from the 1920 census for the Zawatsky family who lived in Wilkes Barre during that time. I have contacted vital records twice to get a copy of my grandfather's death certificate. Both times they answered but with a different certificate each time. I believe that the spelling of the last name is probably what's confusing them. I have three or four different spellings on different official records. His name was John Zawatsky, born 1888 died March 15, 1929 in a car train accident. Since I have the address of where he lived when he died I don't know what the problem is. So I thought if someone might look up his name in the census, it might help me somewhat. He lived a 1 Chestnut Street in Wilkes Barre. Any help will be greatly appreciated Jack Sponaes

    2. Hi All, I noticed some of you are researching Brown. I have three Brown children living with their Aunt Tess Christy on the 1920 Census. They are Helen-15, James-13, Margaret-10. Their parents are listed as being from Ireland. My Dad remember Margaret/Peggy as being "simple-minded." My Dad says Aunt Tess was his aunt but he is unsure how she is related to the McNultys. If anyone has a connection, please let me know. Annette Researching McNulty, Lynn, Dougherty, Lydon in Scranton
