Dear Donna, This is not very much help, but it is all I've got! My grandmother was born in 1900 in New Bloomfield, Perry Co PA. I have photographs of her and her pals in the early teens. One of her friends was named Henry Riegel. He may have been a few years older than her, I just don't know. Maybe you should check Perry County, as it is right next to Juniata, for the Reigel family.
