For what it's worth suggestion: Instead of responding to a roll call with a message whose subject line is: Re Roll Call, I suggest that actual surnames of the people you are interested in be used. When these messages with Re: Roll Call in the subject line are archived, anyone looking must open the entire message to get an indication of the content. After looking at 125 of these roll-call-subject messages and having to open every one of them, I figured there must be a more efficient way. Maybe this is one way to do it. Regards, John
