The earliest I have is Valentine Spigelmyer, I, born in 1798 who m. Mary Knepp. They are buried in Samuel's Cemetery, McClure, Snyder Co., just across the county line from Mifflin Co. I have 84 descendants and 40 spouses of descendants for this couple. If you send me some names of the Spigelmyers you have, I will see if they fit into the descendants I have. To give you an idea of how early the Spigelmyers resided in the area and how influential the family was, there is a Spigelmyer's Gap through the mountain north of Mifflintown, Juniata Co. PA., named after the early Spigelmyers who owned property south of the gap. Nelson R. Sulouff P.S. If you ever heard of any Sulouffs or Suloffs anywhere, they are cousins of mine. I would like to check to see if I have them in the family history I am writing.
