The earliest I have is Valentine Spigelmyer, I, born in 1798 who m. Mary Knepp. They are buried in Samuel's Cemetery, McClure, Snyder Co., just across the county line from Mifflin Co. I have 84 descendants and 40 spouses of descendants for this couple. If you send me some names of the Spigelmyers you have, I will see if they fit into the descendants I have. To give you an idea of how early the Spigelmyers resided in the area and how influential the family was, there is a Spigelmyer's Gap through the mountain north of Mifflintown, Juniata Co.
