Does anyone know anything about John HOWELL? He is mentioned as an heir in the Administrative Account for the estate of Stephen TUCHMAN / DOUGHMAN first filed 5 Jun 1807 in Mifflin County. (Stephen TUCHMAN lived in Milford Twp. which became part of Juniata County.) John Howell was evidently married to one of Stephen's daughters. Payments were made to him annually from Jun 1810 until Nov 1820. I'd especially like to know John HOWELL's wife's name and anything else about their family. Thanks for any help!
