He advised me by private E-mail that one must first go to the main index page for Juniata Co. on the U.S. GenWeb project. Go first to this URL: http://www.pa-geneal.hispeed.com/jun/juniata.index.html Then scroll down to the square for "Cemeteries or Funerals" and click on "Cemeteries." This brings one to the URL that does not work when called for directly. I did this and the old list of Juniata Co. cemeteries came up for me that I have not been able to find for many months. Hope it works for everyone! If you want to set a "Bookmark" or "Favorite" for Juniata Co. cemeteries, be sure to set it at the "index.html" URL.
