Would anyone have access to the histories of Jefferson Co, PA. I am looking for any connection to Harper families. My gggg-grandfather Joseph Harper b. abt 1790. He married Catherine Martin. According to a bio for one of the children, Joseph & Catherine were natives of Jefferson Co, PA. Any help would be very much appreciated. I can't connect to any other Harper lines, until I can find parents for either Joseph, or maybe a connection through Catherine's family. Thanks Sue
