Hello, I am researching the Edinger/Eddinger/Ettinger family line. In particular, I am looking for anything about my gg grandfather: Frederick Edinger, his wife Susanna Avery/Amery Edinger and their 6+ children. US Census records for 1860 show him to be in Jefferson County PA then. I have nothing about Susanna other than an approximate birth year; 1823. I would appreciate whatever you could turn up. Any census image would be great. Thanks in advance. Dennis Edinger
Yo! I really don't have time to help but I just took a minute and found J.G.Edinger 1869-1949 and probably his wife I.M.Edinger buried in Barnett Twp. Jeff. Co. He is right age to be a son of Susanna & Frederick. You didn't say which township the 1860 census was of. Then in Washington Twp. Jeff. Co. is Clarence J. Edinger born 1911 possibly still living. Check the 1930 census for him and wife Margaret I hope this helps.
